What is CleverEssentials? CleverEssentials is our core merchant of record (MoR) platform that delivers seamless digital buying experiences throughout the customer lifecycle. With CleverEssentials, you can build optimized checkouts, process global payments, manage subscriptions, handle global tax and compliance, prevent fraud, and more. 

In H2, we released: 

  • Network Tokenization: Increase authorization rates and payment security by using network tokens to process credit card payments.

  • Self-Serve Checkout Configuration: (Private Preview) Customize the look and feel of your checkout experience with self-serve configuration options.

  • Integration Hub, powered by Workato: Seamlessly integrate Cleverbridge with the rest of your tech stack by leveraging pre-built connectors.

  • Failed Payment Recovery: Recover failed recurring payments to decrease involuntary churn and improve the subscriber experience. 

  • Report Builder: Simplify data analysis by creating custom reports on subscription metrics, payment performance, and more.

  • New Card Acceptance Dashboard: Identify issues and reduce credit card declines by analyzing transactions across all payment stages.

  • Improved Subscription Analytics: Monitor reactivated subscriptions and subscribers to improve retention strategies.

  • Single Sign-on (SSO): Enable secure and streamlined sign-in with Cleverbridge’s new support for user authentication via SSO.

In H2, we released:

  • New Tactics: Automate customer engagement with new tactics for renewal reminders and payment delinquency.

What is CleverPartners? CleverPartners, powered by PartnerStack, is a one-stop solution to accelerate partner revenue and performance. With CleverPartners, SaaS businesses can recruit the right B2B partners, automate program management, track partner-sourced conversions, and more. 

In H2, Cleverbridge released an integration to PartnerStack that allows:

  • Deal Creation: Generate deals in PartnerStack when sales partners create cart URLs, ensuring seamless collaboration with your partner ecosystem.

  • Paid Order Notifications: Sync purchases in PartnerStack, updating deal stages, revenue, and metadata for accurate partner performance tracking.

In H2, PartnerStack released the following features:

  • Network Connector App for HubSpot: Share relevant deal information with vendors and track the progress of referrals directly from HubSpot.

  • Scheduled Reports: Automate report delivery by scheduling report send-outs via email or API to streamline access to essential data.

  • New Network Badges & Filters: Identify high-potential partners through tiered network badges, application sources, advanced filters, and key partner stats.
