Partnership with cleverbridge provides robust foundations for 2020’s digital transformation strategy

Renewal Automation
2020 will migrate maintenance and support renewals from a manual process to a completely automated subscription renewal process using the cleverbridge platform. This migration will enhance efficiency and provide an enriched self-service customer experience.
New Products & Global Expansion
Due to the success 2020 has already experienced with cleverbridge’s automation, retention and payment acceptance rates, the company will migrate additional subscription products to an auto-renewal process this year and expand its e-commerce operations to new regions such as EMEA and Asia Pacific.
