    About the role

    At Cleverbridge, we’re seeking a Technical Account Specialist to bridge the gap between our e-commerce technology and our clients’ needs. As a member of the TAM team, you’ll play a crucial role in providing support and solutions, whether it’s managing clients directly or providing general technical assistance to our wider client organization. In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with teams across Cleverbridge—Client Success Management, Front-End Developers, Technical Solutions Engineers, and, of course, our Product Engineers. The team is spread across the United States and Germany.

     

    Your responsibilities

    • Ownership over the team’s Salesforce (SFDC) queue, primarily supporting clients with no dedicated Technical Account Manager.
    • Prioritize and advise on client requests, spanning a diverse range of topics and clients.
    • Collaborate with the Client Success Management (CSM) team to understand and define client needs, providing appropriate platform guidance and solutions.
    • Present detailed platform information and benefits of the Cleverbridge system to a wide array of clients, including business managers, developers, technical architects, and executives.
    • Engage cross-functionally to leverage available resources and keep Sales and Customer Success partners informed on customer interactions.
    • Contribute to the team's implementation processes and methodologies.

    Your background

    • 3+ years of experience in a role requiring organization, problem-solving, and frequent communication with internal or external stakeholders.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders.

    Preferred:

    • Proven ability to take initiative through independent projects, contract work, or other self-directed learning experiences.
    • Familiarity with data exchanges and APIs, with an understanding of their role in systems integration and process automation.
    • Experience navigating ambiguity to clarify requirements from incomplete ‘customer’ requests.

    A reasonable estimate of salary range for a new employee to be offered this role would be between $50,000 to $60,000 which would be adjusted based on each employee's geographic location. The position of each employee within a compensation range at Cleverbridge is dependent on several individual circumstances, such as experience, training, certifications, and other business requirements/needs.
