CHICAGO (September 23, 2021) – cleverbridge, an all-in-one eCommerce and subscription billing solution for B2B and B2C organizations, is excited to welcome two new members to its executive team: Chief Customer Officer Happy Luther and Chief Technology Officer Radu Immenroth.
Happy has worked for some of the most innovative high-tech companies in the world, including Salesforce, LinkedIn, Oracle/BEA Systems and IBM. He lives his passion to deliver exemplary post-sales customer experiences and ensure customers get the full value of their technology investments. Happy has been in the customer success field for more than 25 years and holds a degree in Marketing and Computer Science from Boston College and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
Radu is a technologist at heart with more than 20 years of experience in enterprise SaaS technology. Before joining cleverbridge, Radu was the CTO at Questback, where he pioneered cloud-native services, leading the company´s software, data and analytics transformation journey. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and an MBA from the University of Surrey.

Happy and Radu join the cleverbridge executive team alongside Craig, Chief Financial Officer Dr. Michael Spaeth and Senior Vice President of Marketing Dr. Thomas Rosendahl. Former CTO and Co-Founder Martin Trzaskalik has stepped down from the executive team but is staying on as a senior advisor.
