    Available through Cleverbridge’s Subscription Commerce Manager (SCM), the Integration Hub allows you to build and manage product integrations directly within our web-based product interface. This is achieved by linking your architecture to the Integration Hub through “connectors” (e.g., the Cleverbridge Connector, powered by Workato) to configure “recipes” (i.e., automated workflows) that carry out key business functions.

    Partner Relationship Management (PRM): For platforms like PartnerStack, the Integration Hub can assist with deal creation when cart URLs affiliated with sales partners are generated, ensuring seamless collaboration with your partner ecosystem. You can also set up paid order notifications (updating deal stages, revenue, and metadata) by synching purchases linked to cart URLs.

    Marketing Automation: For platforms like Emarsys, the Integration Hub can automatically sync customer data and cart URLs to power targeted marketing campaigns. This enables personalized communication and engagement based on real-time customer activity.  

    How it Works

    The Cleverbridge Integration Hub is easy to set up through your Cleverbridge account. To get it up and running, simply: 

    • Set up connections between your key business systems and Cleverbridge’s ecommerce products using the out-of-the-box connectors, available directly through the Integration Hub.
    • Activate and configure predefined, ready-to-use recipes and customize them to your business process in just minutes — or use our self-service option to create a new recipe from scratch. 
    • Already using Workato? No problem! We’ll provide you with the Cleverbridge Connector that has been configured to support our standard Rest APIs to help optimize and simplify the integration work by your teams.
