We recently hosted a panel discussion with three stellar professionals, Anna Bejaoui, General Manager at Evo Payments International, Beth Ann Kaminkow, Global CEO at VMLY&R, and Teresa Anania, SVP of Global Customer Success at Zendesk, who have all blazed their trail to the C-suite.
In this panel discussion, hosted by Cleverbridge CEO Wendi Sturgis and moderated by Lauren Schwartz, Cleverbridge General Counsel, Bejaoui, Kaminkow, and Anania shared their stories of overcoming challenges as they blazed their trail to the C-Suite, what they've learned along the way, and how we can each #embraceequity. You can find the recording of this session below and more details on each of the speakers directly below the recording.
Anna Bejaoui, General Manager at Evo Payments International
Anna Bejaoui has over 20 years of experience in the payment industry. She began her career as a lawyer before entering the payments space in business development and legal roles, including First Data.
Anna has held multiple senior leadership positions at several payment companies and is now General Manager of Evo Payments International GmbH, where she is responsible for the strategic planning and continued development and expansion of the company.
Beth Ann Kaminkow, Global CEO at VMLY&R
Kaminkow has served as CEO for multiple organizations for more than 15 years. In addition to her CEO roles, she has also held roles as president, chief operating officer, and chief marketing officer.
Beth Ann has blazed trails to more than just to the C-suite. As a chief marketing officer for Westfield Corp, she led the way to reimagine retail where the digital and physical intersect to deliver exceptional, engaging experiences to shoppers. She brought together the technology innovation of Westfield Labs with the event experiences of Westfield Brand Ventures into a seamless, cohesive, compelling consumer journey while she created value from these new areas of development beyond the traditional building blocks of the brick & mortar business.
Teresa Anania, SVP of Global Customer Success at Zendesk
Anania has been a senior business leader for more than three decades, including leading and co-negotiating the sale of a software company, which she helped build and grow, for more than 3.5x annual billings to Autodesk.
In addition to the company's successful sale, she built and managed an inside sales team that achieved 10+% revenue growth YoY while sustaining a 25% EBITDA. (S&P 500-listed companies usually have EBITDA margins between 11-14%. So, 25% is really dang freaking good!).
